Canadian Bramble

2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Put contents in a shaker with ice. In a rocks glass, lightly crush 4 black berries and add ice. Shake vigorously and pour over berries and ice, with a splash of Chambord on top. Serve!

Strawberry Basil Martini

2 oz of "49th Parallel" Vodka
3 oz strawberry puree
1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Shake & Serve in a Martini Glass, garnish with strawberry and basil leaf.

"49th" Maple Wallbanger

1 1/2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz Galliano
1/4 oz maple syrup
Stir above in Collins Glass, orange slice garnish

"49th" Metro

2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Cassis
1 oz lime juice
Shake all on ice, strain into Martini Glass, orange peel garnish (twist to release oil)

Ninja "49"

2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
2 oz Sake (sweeter style)
Dash simple syrup
Dash Botanical Gin
Stir above with ice, garnish with fresh ginger, serve up on rocks

"49th Parallel" Lebowski

2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
1 oz of Kahlua
1 oz Bourbon Cream
Layer and serve in a rocks glass

Royal Canadian Fizz

2 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Champagne
Egg white
Put all but Champagne in shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a Collins Glass with fresh ice. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon.

"49th Vodkalade"

2 oz of "49th Parallel vodka
2 barspoons orange marmalade
Shake vigorously and pour over ice.

"Canadian Carnival"

2 oz of "49th Parallel vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 12 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon
1/3 Galliano
Shake and pour into highball glass with fresh ice. 
Garnish with Cherry and Mint Springs

Polar Vortex

1 oz of Glamorgan Whiskey
1 oz of "49th Parallel" vodka
1/2 oz white cream de cacao
1/2 oz fresh lemon
1/2 oz fresh lime
1/4 simple syrup
Tsp egg white
Shake and strain, celery as a garnish
